Equinox will produce 135,000 tonnes of copper concentrate in 2010

Equinox has maintained its production guidance for 2010 at 135,000 tonnes of copper concentrate, the company said. The Australia- and Canada-listed miner plans to ramp up to full production at its Lumwana mine to a design throughput rate of 20 million tpy of ore by the second half of 2010. It mined 13 million tonnes of ore in 2009 – production began in the April 2009...
